Export Control & End-Use Declaration

INS Receivers strictly complies with all international export control regulations. All buyers must review, accept, and adhere to the following commitments before any purchase, shipment, or transfer of GNSS or INS products.


1. End-Use Declaration

By purchasing products from INS Receivers, the buyer confirms that the items—or any replicas thereof—will not be used for:

  • Any nuclear explosive activities or unsafeguarded nuclear fuel-cycle operations;
  • Activities related to chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons;
  • Missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), or any other delivery systems capable of deploying such weapons.

2. Binding Agreement & Buyer Responsibility

All deliveries are strictly conditional upon the buyer’s acknowledgment and acceptance of these obligations. By proceeding with a purchase, the buyer:

  • Fully accepts and recognizes these commitments as legally binding;
  • Confirms their reliability and responsibility in complying with all stated obligations.

3. Re-Export Restrictions

The buyer agrees not to re-export INS Receivers products to any third country without prior written authorization from the Strategic Goods Control Unit.

Exemptions

Prior consent is not required for re-exports to the European Union or countries listed in Annex IIa of the EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821, including:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Iceland
  • Japan
  • New Zealand
  • Norway
  • Switzerland (including Liechtenstein)
  • United Kingdom
  • United States of America

Prohibited Destinations

Under no circumstances shall INS Receivers products be sold or shipped to the following regions or countries:

  • Belarus
  • Crimea
  • Luhansk
  • Donetsk
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • South Sudan
  • Sudan
  • Syria
